The Heyworth Summer Youth League  (HSYL) is affiliated with the South East McLean County League (SEMCL).  SEMCL rules govern play for ages 8U - 14U, boys and girls.  SEMCL rules can be found at the link at the left.

The 4U & 6U are divisions are governed by HSYL.  4U and 6U rules will be posted shortly.
